1. The tiller, rudder head, mizzen sprit boom, boomkin and (barely visible) bowsprit in the process of being finished with Deks Olje.

2. The rudder after initial shaping.

 3. Initial fitting with rudder head.  

4. Using pieces of cardboard stapled together to determine preferred depth of the coaming.  I user a small electric trimmer to actually trim the edge and get the smooth curve.
